What caught my eye was the unusual color of the water, along with the small floating things, that add a little personal touch. This piece now lives in Alaska, in a lovely home that overlooks a wild pond in the summertime. With most of my work, it is difficult to see them leave my possession. But when they are taken into such beautiful homes...and I am not referring to the "look" as much as the "soul" of these homes, then it is okay...because I know it is appreciated.
