SAC Walnut CA<br></div> </td></tr></table> </h3> <div class="Text"><BR><center><B>Mount San Antonio Junior College</B> contacted Billups early in 2007 <BR>to create a mural for their Founders Hall on the campus. Since she prefers to work en plein air,<BR> Billups traveled to Southern California in order to create this mural.<BR><BR>She drove over 100 miles in the city limits that had partial views of Mt.
